C'est Bon! Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, French Cuisine has started its first business since 2001. With the famous 9-course signature set with an attractive pricing at 1,100Baht (equivalent to approximately HK$262), since then she has become extremely popular in Thailand.
The principal of C'est Bon is using extremely high quality of ingredients in all dishes while offering customers with great food and cozy environment. In yesr 2004 to 2006, the restaurant had been awarded by Thailand Tatler as “The Best Restaurant in Thailand”.
In June 2005, the owner has been invited to open his first C'est Bon! French Cuisine restaurant at Maritime Square in Hong Kong. To maintain the consistency of quality food, the French Executive Chef from Bangkok purposely flied to Hong Kong to conduct intensive cooking training to all kitchen staff. The opening of the restaurant was a huge success. Customers are willing to make reservation 2 weeks in-advance and none of patrons will miss out the ordering of our leading dish, “Pan fried Rougie foie gras with raspberry sauce”. Rougie produces the most famous goose liver in France with more than hundred years of history. No foie gras fans can resist Rougie foie gras temptation.
As for the view of the restaurant, you can choose either indoor or outdoor table setting. If you like to enjoy natural sea breeze with a wonderful promenade view, you may go for the outdoor terrace. While if you prefer to have a romantic ambience with low-key lighting and black & white Channel photos, indoor elegant ambiance is definitely your choice.
